This inbox is not a support channel for tool usage. Questions about how to use a calculator, or about your specific project, will not receive a reply — for those, see the product label, your supplier, or a local building official.

We only handle four categories of messages: legal notices, privacy/policy queries, DMCA/copyright notices, and factual corrections to published figures.

• Legal notices — formal correspondence concerning the site.
• Privacy / policy queries — see also the privacy policy.
• DMCA / copyright — include the URL and the material concerned.
• Factual corrections — if a published specification is wrong, include the manufacturer or standards source that shows the correct value.

Email: [email protected]

Messages outside the four categories above are not answered. No response timeframe is offered or implied.
